Thank you for shopping with Big Deal Supply, operated by Bigdealsupply LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you can return items and request a refund.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Return Conditions

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:

    • Unused and in new, resalable condition

    • In the original packaging, including all tags, manuals and accessories

    • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Items that are damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or returned after the return window may be refused or may be eligible only for a partial refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns sent to us without prior contact and approval.


2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@bigdealsupply.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.


3. Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Items

For safety, hygiene and compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable or may only be returned under limited conditions:

  • Opened or used Beauty & Health products (such as cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal care items)

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable” or similar on the product page at the time of purchase

  • Digital products, downloadable content or gift cards (if offered in the future)

We also do not sell, and therefore do not accept returns for:

  • Food or perishable grocery items

  • Medications, medical treatments or dietary supplements

  • Alcohol, tobacco or related products

  • Battery-operated products and other high-risk items

Any return request that conflicts with applicable safety, hygiene or regulatory rules may be declined.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the problem, we will work with you to offer one of the following, subject to availability:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • A suitable alternative item (if you agree)

  • A full or partial refund

When the issue is due to our error or carrier damage, we will typically cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, if a return is required.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated in this policy or approved by our support team:

  • Customer-initiated returns (for example: change of mind, ordered the wrong size or color) – the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Our error or defective item – if we confirm that the product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs, at our discretion.

Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by law or when a shipment was never dispatched due to our error.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will inform you whether your refund is approved, partially approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

In some cases, where appropriate and if you agree, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.


7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited inventory and changing product availability. If you would like a different item, the usual process is:

  1. Request a return and obtain approval.

  2. Once the original item is returned and approved, place a new order for the item you want.

In situations where a replacement of the same product is clearly appropriate (for example, the original item was defective or damaged), we may send a replacement instead of requiring a new order.


8. Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Orders are usually processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@bigdealsupply.com.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel or modify it.

  • If the order is already in processing or has shipped, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible. In that case, you may need to follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

For wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, we are not responsible for delayed, lost or undelivered packages if the order has already shipped.


9. Product Authenticity & Authorized Suppliers

Big Deal Supply is committed to offering genuine, compliant products. Our inventory across all categories — especially our Beauty & Health items — is sourced from authorized and reputable suppliers. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, unauthorized or unsafe products.

If you ever have concerns about the authenticity, condition or safety of a product you purchased from us, please contact us at info@bigdealsupply.com with your order details. We will review your case carefully and take appropriate action, which may include a refund, replacement or investigation with our suppliers.
